Reporting as a strategic CFO leader for the client, you will guide the organization’s fiscal health and long-term direction, including annual budgeting and forecasting, strategic growth initiatives, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting to internal leadership, a partner company, and banking partners. You will also lead financial planning, risk management, capital structure optimization, and operational efficiency efforts aimed at sustaining long-term profitability and resilience.
Key responsibilities include establishing and executing financial strategy and capital management through enterprise planning, scenario modeling, funding strategy, and actionable financial insights. You will oversee financial operations and compliance, including finance and accounting leadership, financial reporting with GAAP and regulatory compliance, audit coordination, tax support coordination, and monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to improve efficiency and pricing, analyze performance to identify trends and risks, support strategic initiatives through modeling and insights, and provide executive oversight of Finance/Accounting plus HR and IT, with anticipated involvement in data and automation; you will also build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams and foster cross-functional collaboration. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA and/or CPA may be preferred, along with 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, with prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience preferred, and strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, capital management, and working with banks and external stakeholders; experience in equipment finance or commercial lending is strongly preferred.
