Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 10 years of financial experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role. A thorough understanding of GAAP is essential, along with exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with leadership and team members. A CPA is a plus.
