Drive transformation and operational excellence by influencing strategy and delivering measurable impact as a strategic Chief Financial Officer. In this role, you will provide executive-level financial leadership that supports strategic decision-making, strengthens investor relations, and helps guide the organization toward its business objectives within the Energy sector in İstanbul.
Manage financial leadership across cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategy to optimize returns while maintaining appropriate liquidity levels. Lead change management initiatives focused on improving efficiency, and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements. Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements, while implementing and overseeing strong internal controls and risk management systems.
Lead and collaborate cross-functionally by providing functional leadership and working closely with other C-suite executives and divisional leaders to deliver company-wide initiatives. The role is suited to a strategic, commercially astute leader with several years of CFO or senior financial leadership experience, strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, consolidation, working capital management, and liquidity control, and experience digitalizing financial processes and implementing new systems. You should also bring strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, demonstrate executive presence, and have mandatory English fluency.
