The client seeks an accomplished Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO) to serve as a strategic, collaborative leader for financial insight and operational leadership. Reporting directly to the President, the CFOO will advise the President, the Board of Trustees, and senior leadership, helping align institutional resources with the organization’s mission and long-term priorities while advancing financial sustainability and effectiveness.
The CFOO will lead a broad institutional portfolio spanning finance and key administrative functions, including human resources, facilities, risk management, and safety and security, with oversight of other operational areas as applicable. Responsibilities include strengthening business processes and systems, establishing policies and internal controls, and ensuring the organization has the infrastructure and discipline needed to support its academic and student-centered work.
