The client is seeking a Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO) to join its executive leadership and contribute to the institution’s strategy, long-term planning, sustainable growth, and mission. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple interconnected operational functions, including finance, facility management and school services operations, IT, marketing, communications and admissions, as well as operational support for the educational and boarding programs.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in financial management, operational leadership, and institutional administration, along with substantial experience in building, developing, and leading teams. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and the CPCO to help shape the organization’s future and ensure that operational and financial decisions support overarching institutional priorities.
