The client is seeking a Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO) to provide strategic and operational leadership across finance and key operating functions. In this executive role, the CFOO will support the organization’s mission by ensuring finance, compliance and risk management, facilities, information technology, information management, and dietary services advance care excellence. The position is expected to be an integral part of the client’s executive leadership team and will participate in setting, implementing, and managing strategic priorities and business plans.
The CFOO will lead financial stewardship, including oversight of annual operating and capital budgets, financial reporting and analysis, audit processes, payroll, treasury, and regulatory and funding compliance. The CFOO will also help identify, monitor, and mitigate organizational risks to support sound decisions by senior leadership and at the Board level. In addition, the role will guide operational functions such as facilities planning and capital assets, information technology and related information management, reception and client support services, and dietary services.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the CFOO will foster a proactive, innovative, and accountable approach to organizational performance and sustainability. The role is responsible for strengthening compliance and risk practices while promoting efficient, high-quality, client- and community-focused services. The client expects the CFOO to provide executive-level leadership that aligns resources, operations, and governance to support long-term organizational effectiveness.
