Description

The client is seeking a Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, a senior executive leader responsible for overall financial stewardship, operational excellence, and talent strategy. This role serves as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic vision and leadership for Finance, People (HR), and Operations to ensure the organization has the right people, processes, and financial resources to achieve its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the organization’s overall financial strategy and success metrics, making final decisions on significant financial policies, operational investments, and resource allocation, and connecting financial planning to operational realities and a people-centric culture. The role will lead long-term financial strategies aligned with global operations, support financial operations such as accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting, and provide strategic guidance on financial planning and analysis to support scalable growth initiatives, new business opportunities, and partnerships. Responsibilities also include overseeing subsidiary financial operations and ensuring alignment with global financial policies and practices, managing the financial complexities of international operations, contributing to subscription-based and SaaS billing and pricing strategy, and establishing management reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.

The Chief Financial & Administrative Officer will champion emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across Finance, Operations, and Talent. The role is expected to create and improve business practices to support a sustainable business model, support operational leadership for Legal, Risk, Governance, and Business Services functions, and ensure appropriate platforms, systems, and processes for international SaaS delivery with cost efficiency and scalability. Additionally, the role will champion a people-first talent strategy, support organizational culture aligned with organizational values, advance diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion, advocate for talent investment at executive and board levels, and maintain compliance and governance by ensuring regulatory, tax, and legal requirements are met, strengthening internal controls and financial governance frameworks, and owning executive-level relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
