The Chief Financial & Administrative Officer (CFAO) will work closely with the CEO and other members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to shape the future of our client. This role will oversee a wide range of functions including Finance, People & Culture, Risk Management & Compliance, Business Technology, and Operations, ensuring that all aspects of our client are aligned to support its mission. The CFAO will be responsible for bringing together people, resources, systems, and infrastructure to drive growth and success for our client.The CFAO will play a critical role in guiding the strategic direction of our client and implementing initiatives to support its growth and sustainability. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a diverse portfolio of functions and collaborate with other members of the ELT to achieve organizational goals.
