The Girl Scouts Council Nations Capital (GSCNC) is currently seeking a Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to join their Executive Leadership team during a period of growth and expansion. Reporting to the CEO, the CXO will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for all Girl Scouts, stakeholders, volunteers, partners, and the broader community. This visionary leader will drive program innovation, member engagement, and retention to ensure that all interactions with the organization are inspiring, enriching, and lasting.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong strategic mindset and a passion for shaping impactful experiences. They will work closely with the CEO and other members of the Executive Leadership team to develop and implement initiatives that support the overall mission and goals of GSCNC. The CXO will play a key role in building relationships with various stakeholders and partners to enhance the Girl Scout experience and drive continued growth and success for the organization.
