The client is embarking on a transformative period, including a major redevelopment of its inpatient unit to enhance privacy, dignity and comfort, as well as the evolution and expansion of services to reach more people and respond to changing needs across the community.
The client is seeking a Chief Executive to shape the future of end-of-life care and lead the organisation through transformation, growth and service development. Working closely with a committed Board of Trustees, the Chief Executive will set strategic direction, champion the mission, and ensure the highest standards of care, governance and performance. The role also includes serving as a visible and influential ambassador, building relationships and representing the organisation within the wider community.
the Chief Executive will bring senior leadership experience, including effective partnership with a Board, and a proven ability to shape and deliver ambitious organisational strategy, particularly through service development or transformation. The role requires commercial and financial acumen to drive performance and long-term sustainability, strong ambassadorial and stakeholder relationship skills to engage, influence and collaborate, and the ability to inspire, empower and develop high-performing teams. A deep personal commitment to person-centred end-of-life care is essential.
