The client is recruiting a Chief Executive for its Themed Entertainment portfolio. This senior executive role is responsible for driving commercial growth, maintaining creative quality, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization’s themed entertainment activities. The Chief Executive sets the overall vision, strategy, and standards for the themed entertainment function and leads senior leaders and the aligned Business Development team to align early-stage opportunity development, market positioning, and delivery.
Key responsibilities include owning revenue and margin targets, leading go-to-market strategy, overseeing Business Development, and identifying market opportunities. The role also provides delivery oversight to ensure themed entertainment operations run at world-class standards, guides commercial structuring with senior leadership, and establishes delivery frameworks. In addition, the Chief Executive serves as an executive sponsor for strategic clients and represents the market through industry engagement, while providing insight into industry trends and informing external influence.
The Chief Executive will directly lead senior leaders, manage Business Development executives, and build a culture of accountability and collaboration, supported by training and development. Operationally, the role oversees project financial health, identifies and implements improvements to workflows, and ensures integrated execution capabilities. The qualifications include significant progressive sales leadership experience, including executive-level experience within the media and entertainment space, along with a strong track record of growing business; the role is also suited to a strategic, data-driven leader with high ownership, coaching ability, and effective collaboration in matrixed environments.
