St Vincents Health Australia is looking for a Chief Executive Officer for their Victorian Private Hospitals. This role involves leading a major metropolitan private hospital portfolio during a time of significant transformation. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CEO will focus on cultural, relational, and transformational mandates, as well as operational and financial performance. The successful candidate will oversee four metropolitan hospitals within a precinct-based ecosystem connected to St Vincents Public Hospital Melbourne and the Aitkenhead Centre for Medical Discovery. Building trust, strengthening alignment, and fostering shared accountability across the healthcare portfolio are key aspects of the role.The CEO will be responsible for leading the Victorian portfolio in contributing to the Bringing Care Home strategic direction by developing new and integrated models of care across hospital, precinct, community, and at-home settings. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to transform leadership and relationships with public, private, research, and community partners. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and a values-led approach to healthcare management, with a focus on driving cultural and system-wide transformation within the private hospital sector in Victoria.
