The Chief Executive will be responsible for leading our client, an organization dedicated to addressing social needs and delivering services grounded in tikanga and ?huatanga M?ori. They will need to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure excellence in service delivery, as well as manage the financial stewardship of the organization's growing asset base of social housing. The role involves championing initiatives that promote equity and meaningful outcomes for communities, while upholding accountability to iwi and maintaining strong relationships with Crown partners and community stakeholders.Reporting directly to the Board, the Chief Executive will play a key role in shaping our client's direction and ensuring it remains a trusted and respected kaupapa M?ori provider. They will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to addressing social inequities and driving positive change within the community.
