The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for leading our client in strategic direction, financial and operational performance, stakeholder engagement, asset development, and sustainability of the harbour estate. This role involves guiding the senior leadership team, working closely with the Board in its policy-governance model, and taking ownership of the annual plan, capital projects, real-estate planning, and cruise-terminal operations. The CEO will also lead the organization through its evolution to an effective co-management model that leverages the strategic advantages provided by its founding partners, the l?k?????n (Lekwungen) People.The ideal candidate must be a visible leader who can translate strategy into action and lead operational excellence across a broad and diverse property, tenant, and community portfolio. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client and ensuring its continued success.
