Additionally, the CEO will be responsible for supporting fundraising initiatives and community outreach efforts to ensure the continued success and growth of the organization.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effective leadership in a similar setting, with experience in managing large teams and implementing innovative care models. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the CEO will be required to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, staff, residents, and community members.
