The company is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer to take over from the current leader who is planning to retire. The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for overseeing our client's strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success. The ideal candidate will need to build on the company's strong heritage, customer relationships, and loyal team to ensure our client remains competitive in the marketplace.The CEO will have enterprise leadership responsibility for our client's manufacturing, distribution, and service operations, which generate revenues exceeding $60M. Leading a team of approximately 170 employees across multiple locations, the CEO will need to ensure the business operates with discipline, responsiveness, and operational consistency. Success in this role will require the ability to connect commercial opportunities with operational capabilities to deliver reliable service and long-term value to customers and key account partners.
