The Board of Directors is seeking a CEO to lead our client with a strong vision and gentle approach, ensuring that strategy, policy, and resources align to deliver equitable, person-centered outcomes for individuals and families across the province. The ideal candidate will balance continuous improvement with day-to-day operational excellence, guiding the organization forward with foresight and clarity. With a $1.9B budget, the CEO will oversee a team of 7 and work with a leadership team responsible for various aspects of service delivery, financial stewardship, people and culture, quality assurance, Indigenous relations, governance, and external engagement.In this role, the CEO will be expected to strengthen understanding of our client's place in the provincial landscape of service delivery and build clarity and capacity through collaboration and shared accountability. With approximately 700 staff members, the CEO will be responsible for all staff and programs, ensuring that the organization operates efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client and driving positive outcomes for individuals and families across the province.
