The Foundation is looking for a dynamic and compassionate leader to fill the role of President and CEO. Reporting to the Board Chair, this individual will be responsible for overseeing all programs and operations, setting and executing strategic plans, managing finances, and providing strong leadership to staff. The CEO will also serve as the face of the Foundation in the community, promoting its vision, values, and priorities, with a focus on Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) principles. This role is crucial in advancing key initiatives such as decolonization, anti-racism, feminism, and equity for marginalized communities, through both granting and advocacy efforts.In addition to leading fundraising and public relations activities, the CEO will work closely with the Board to ensure alignment and collaboration on key priorities. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, a deep commitment to social justice, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
