Lead the growth and professionalisation of a multi-site industrial company as Chief Executive Officer. Drive operational excellence and long-term business performance through a clear strategic plan focused on sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. The role will support an ambitious expansion agenda combining organic growth with the evaluation, integration, and performance improvement of acquired businesses, including operational synergies and cultural alignment.
Oversee end-to-end business operations, including P&L management, budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, and the monitoring of key operational performance metrics. Develop and manage commercial strategy by identifying opportunities for organic growth, cross-selling, market expansion, and strategic partnerships, while ensuring high standards of service delivery, quality, and safety. Ensure effective resolution of operational challenges across business units through strong execution and continuous improvement.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team, driving accountability, collaboration, and consistent execution across multiple sites. Establish robust governance, reporting structures, and management processes, and monitor KPIs to drive ongoing performance improvement and organisational transformation. Successful applicants will bring proven senior leadership experience in industrial engineering, technical services, automation, industrial solutions, or related project-based environments, including demonstrated full P&L ownership, transformation and stakeholder management, and experience leading post-acquisition integration in decentralised businesses.
