the position will define mid- and long-term development strategies, track ai technology trends, and propose forward-looking layout and decision guidance based on available industry resources. it will also coordinate technology planning with leadership to establish key routes such as large-model architecture, data strategy, compute approach, and platform-based product direction, and drive the conversion of technical outcomes into product and commercial plans. responsibilities further include designing business models suited to organizational stage (e.g., platform subscription, ai services, and industry solutions) and building long-term cooperation mechanisms with institutional partners, ecosystem collaborators, and industry customers.
the role will lead organizational building and management, including selecting and developing key positions, establishing practical and transparent collaboration norms, and setting annual operating targets with budget and resource allocation to keep projects on track and improve overall efficiency. it will represent the client in key cooperation events, industry exchanges, and institutional communications to enhance professional visibility, while also strengthening governance and risk management related to data security, privacy protection, and ai ethics, identifying operational, technical, and policy risks, and preparing mitigation plans. additionally, it will manage shareholder communications by reporting strategic execution, business progress, and operating status to the board or council, and lead major investment and cooperation decision-making.
