The client is seeking a CEO to serve as the public face of the organization and to advance its strategic and operational goals. The role focuses on elevating the client’s national reputation and expanding capacity to serve more individuals across the country. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and lead efforts grounded in therapeutic recreation and education, with an emphasis on purposeful outdoor, community-focused engagement.
As CEO, you will provide executive leadership for a staff of approximately 27 and directly manage key senior leaders, including the Chief Finance Officer, Chief Development Officer, Associate Director, Director of Veteran and First Responder Programs, Director of Adaptive Programs, and Director of Special Projects. This includes setting priorities, guiding execution of organizational initiatives, and fostering a culture aligned with values such as passion, innovation, service, teamwork, and integrity, while supporting diversity and imaginative, collaborative work.
