the client is seeking a visionary, mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization’s next chapter of impact, innovation, and growth. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will set and execute a bold strategic vision, guiding expanded capital deployment, deeper partnerships, and broader influence in advancing equitable investment in underserved communities. The CEO will serve as chief strategist, external ambassador, and internal leader—strengthening relationships with public and private partners, expanding the organization’s national profile, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include articulating and advancing a long-term vision, inspiring and empowering a mission-driven team, and strengthening partnerships with local and state governments, community-based organizations, philanthropic institutions, and capital partners. The CEO will steward and grow a diverse portfolio of financing tools, training programs, and advisory services that support affordable housing, small business growth, and essential social infrastructure, including strategies related to lending, equity investment, and NMTC initiatives. The CEO will also assess product lines for financial sustainability and impact, elevate training and technical assistance offerings, and lead and support a team of 85 professionals across the United States, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results.
