The CEO will shape and advance the client’s overall strategy and organizational structure in close partnership with a high-performing executive leadership team. Responsibilities include inspiring alignment across a distributed and diverse organization, cultivating relationships with funders, health systems, and policymakers, and guiding the organization’s evolution into a more visible, connected, and resilient national platform for systemic impact.
The client’s mission centers on improving health and transforming care by empowering patients and strengthening patient-provider relationships through a model that includes health assessment, interactive learning, and community building. The CEO will help align mission, culture, and strategy for future growth and national impact, reporting directly to the Board of Directors as its key partner in governance, strategy, and sustainability.
