Operating as a lean, globally distributed organization, the CEO will lead in a hybrid, largely remote environment across multiple countries and time zones, with regular engagement with fellows, alumni, partners, and donors as a core element of the leadership model. The role emphasizes stakeholder relationship-building and requires an energized, community-facing leadership approach.
The CEO will be responsible for operational excellence, financial and organizational sustainability, and ensuring mission and market fit. They will also strengthen the organization’s programmatic and earned-income model, mobilize resources, partnerships, and talent, and serve as a visionary strategist who can position the client as a catalyst for leadership development within the broader health development ecosystem.
