Responsibilities include ensuring operational integration with central fulfillment and operations, overseeing day-to-day operations with clear communication to the board, and developing customer-focused commercial approaches such as CRM, pricing, and commission strategies. The role will also structure the commercial organization to manage pop-up stores and event activations, supported by analysis of financial and operational KPIs to identify performance improvement opportunities.
the CEO will lead pop-up strategy and execution, collaborating with marketing and events teams to maximize ROI and sales conversion, while driving development of global pop-up concepts and the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content. The role will direct financial accountability for profit and loss, lead financial strategy, resource allocation, and cost management, and oversee risk management and regulatory compliance with contingency planning for operational disruptions. Additionally, it will implement HR strategies for attracting and retaining talent, promote an inclusive culture and team cohesion, support succession planning, and develop digital, PR, and brand communication plans while ensuring consistent visual standards across operations.
