The client is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead a global medical ministry focused on providing spiritual and compassionate healthcare to underserved communities. The CEO will help advance the organization’s mission and values by increasing the effectiveness and engagement of the overall ministry and by supporting its long-term strategy.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will raise the necessary funds to support strategic plans and objectives, with substantial involvement in developing and managing donor relations. The role will also support leveraging new initiatives and deepening relationships with ministry partners and other stakeholders to strengthen impact and collaboration.
