The role will help build and scale a global ecosystem that connects large numbers of AI agents and models to address complex, multi-domain tasks and accelerate the dissemination of knowledge. The client is assembling a team with expertise across AI and crypto to drive innovation through distributed cooperation.
The selected leader will spearhead the design, development, and execution of the client’s business and commercial strategy to support sustainable growth and market leadership. They will oversee general management activities to ensure alignment across departments, and will manage fundraising efforts by engaging investors and partners to secure resources for scaling. The role also includes protecting the brand and reputation through consistent public-facing messaging, and developing strategies to enhance partner and investor engagement, along with delivering regular quarterly reporting on strategy, financial performance, and key milestones to relevant stakeholders.
Key qualifications include an advanced degree in AI, machine learning, or a related field, and at least several years of experience managing startups, enterprises, or technology companies. The client is looking for strong pitch and public speaking skills, proven experience managing stakeholder relationships across technical teams and strategic partners, and strategic leadership to identify and develop innovative partnership opportunities. Experience working with venture capital and managing investor relations is expected, along with strong operational oversight and the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a solid understanding of core blockchain concepts; fluency in English is required, with additional languages beneficial. Preferred qualifications include extensive experience selling blockchain and AI infrastructure solutions and prior experience in venture capital environments.
