The Chief Executive will work closely with the Independent Chair, Board, and shareholder organizations to provide strategic, organizational, and operational leadership for the Collaborative. They will be responsible for defining the organization's strategy, establishing the operating model and executive leadership team, and building partnerships and credibility to become a trusted voice for primary care in North West London. The successful candidate will lead through influence, bringing together independent organizations around a shared purpose and positioning the Collaborative to secure new responsibilities, develop services, and improve outcomes for local communities.As the first substantive Chief Executive, the individual will play a central role in shaping the future direction of the organization and building its organizational capability. They will be responsible for establishing partnerships and credibility within the community to ensure the Collaborative becomes a respected and influential voice in primary care. The Chief Executive will lead by example, fostering collaboration and innovation to drive positive change and support the overall mission of the organization.
