They will work closely with the Artistic Director to ensure the organization remains artistically ambitious and continues to grow its national and international impact. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to the staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.The Chief Executive will also be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our client, ensuring the organization remains financially sustainable. They will work closely with the Board to develop and monitor budgets, as well as identify and pursue new funding opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in arts management, with experience in strategic planning, financial management, and leadership.
