The VTS is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization in providing high-quality administrative support to the VTE while maintaining judicial independence. The CEO will be responsible for governance, financial management, and organizational performance as the Accounting Officer. Working closely with the VTS Chair, Board, VTE President, and sponsor department, the CEO will set and deliver strategic priorities, drive continuous improvement, and oversee the modernization of systems and services, including digital transformation.The ideal candidate will be an experienced, strategic, and values-led leader with a strong background in governance, financial management, and organizational performance. They will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the VTS meets its objectives and delivers efficient and impartial administrative support to the VTE. The CEO will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and overseeing the modernization of systems and services to ensure the organization remains effective and efficient in its operations.
