The CEO will be expected to navigate a complex environment and drive organisational success through compassion, integrity, and vision.
The client is looking for an inspirational leader with significant senior leadership experience, strong strategic and stakeholder management skills, and a proven record of delivering organisational success in complex settings. Experience in health, care, charity, or hospice contexts would be advantageous but is not required.
