Under the general direction of the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer provides strategic vision, leadership, and operational oversight aligned with the client’s mission and long-term objectives. The CEO is expected to navigate changes in healthcare reform, drive growth and innovation, and strengthen the organization’s role in community-based healthcare delivery. The position includes ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services through quality improvement systems and performance management processes, and cultivating collaborations with healthcare partners and community organizations to advance the mission and broaden access to care.

The CEO should be able to oversee long-range fiscal and program planning, grow and expand programs while developing mission-aligned revenue streams, recruit and retain strong executive leadership teams, and build effective relationships at local, state, and federal levels, with strong communication skills and a collaborative, flexible, results-oriented servant-leader approach grounded in integrity and accountability.
