The CEO will be tasked with balancing financial stewardship with driving business development to diversify revenue streams, overseeing capital projects, and accelerating technology commercialization in areas such as AR/VR, simulation, and software platforms.Additionally, the CEO will be responsible for ensuring our client remains a leader in applied R&D, infrastructure initiatives, and mining innovation on a global scale. They will focus on enhancing the global recognition of the NORCAT Underground Centre as a premier site for training, testing, and showcasing emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of vision, discipline, and entrepreneurial drive to guide our client into its next phase of growth, positioning the organization as a key player in the mining and technology industries.
