The role also includes monitoring market and industry trends to inform plan adjustments, representing the organization in matters involving material regulatory or legislative change, and managing external advisors and lobbying resources as appropriate. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree required, with an MBA or equivalent strongly preferred or alternatively 10 or more years of related business experience, along with seasoned senior leadership experience with broad cross-functional scope and demonstrated P&L ownership; strong financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and working capital discipline; and a proven understanding of operating within regulated environments with compliance systems and internal controls.
