The client is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the creation of a Solana-focused treasury initiative and capital markets vehicle designed to acquire and hold Solana as a long-term treasury asset. This role will lead efforts to raise capital, build a public-facing brand, and position the organization as a premier institution in Solana treasury management, with a focus on visibility and adoption.
Key responsibilities include leading fundraising with venture capital firms, family offices, and institutional investors; pitching the mission of the Solana treasury vehicle to global capital markets; and establishing relationships with auditors, legal advisors, and financial institutions. The CEO will also serve as the public face of the company, representing it at conferences and in media appearances, contributing thought leadership through public channels and industry events, and championing Solana adoption through effective communication.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Web3 expertise with particular experience or focus on Solana, along with a strong interest in crypto as an asset class and treasury strategy. The role also requires solid financial acumen across capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations, with experience pitching and raising capital strongly preferred and familiarity with public market structures such as SPVs, ETFs, or listed entities as a plus. In addition, the CEO should demonstrate confident leadership and communication skills for investor and media settings, an active or aspiring public presence, and the ability to define and execute a strategic roadmap, build and manage a high-performing team, and implement governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
