The client is seeking a collaborative, visionary, and politically astute leader to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will act as the organization’s chief strategist, brand steward, and operational head, working closely with the Board of Directors to shape and advance the organization’s mission and strengthen overall performance.
In this role, the CEO will provide strategic leadership across marketing, communications, government affairs, industry relations, financial management, and talent development. The CEO is expected to guide statewide and global tourism marketing efforts and help ensure the organization remains effective and accountable in achieving its goals.
The CEO will represent the client and its broader tourism industry on the national and international stage as a primary ambassador and advocate. This position is centered on aligning stakeholders, advancing priorities through public-facing leadership, and building strong relationships that support long-term organizational success.
