The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will report directly to the Board of Trustees and will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for our client. This includes ensuring that all activities align with the organization's mission, vision, and values, as well as developing and implementing long- and short-term strategic plans in collaboration with the Board. The CEO will also be responsible for monitoring progress against these plans and directing organizational resources to achieve defined objectives.In addition to overseeing Plan administration, investment performance, and member services, the CEO will serve as the primary liaison to the Board and provide high-quality reporting and strategic advice to support informed decision-making. The CEO will also represent the organization to external stakeholders, build effective relationships with members, employers, and unions, and foster a culture of excellence across the leadership team and broader organization.
