the client is seeking a CEO to develop and execute the company’s long-term business strategy, ensuring alignment with its mission and market opportunities. The role will identify new business opportunities, investments, and areas for growth or diversification, while ensuring operational oversight across key functions including production, logistics, sales, marketing, finance, and HR.
The CEO will prepare and approve annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitor performance and KPIs, control costs, and work to meet profitability targets. Responsibilities also include leading financial planning and investment decisions aligned with long-term objectives, and strengthening relationships with key customers, suppliers, investors, and business partners.
The ideal candidate will bring a university degree in marketing, economics, or engineering, and experience in production and industrial environments, particularly process industry and/or mass production (as a strong asset). The position calls for a proven track record in a similar CEO role with full P&L responsibility, experience developing growth strategies and supporting change management, strong understanding of financial metrics, and the ability to lead and develop multi-functional teams while promoting a performance-driven, innovative culture. Excellent English is required.
