The client is a luxury retail group that opens and operates luxury stores in partnership with well-known international brands across several Latin American countries. The CEO is accountable for ensuring store operations and sales performance, while also maintaining compliance with brand guidelines. A key part of the role is overseeing the successful launch and opening of new stores in collaboration with existing and new brand partners.
The ideal candidate is an experienced luxury goods executive with strong knowledge of the Latin American market. The role requires a strategic, analytical mindset combined with the ability to supervise effective field implementation. The CEO should be able to lead store success across multiple locations and manage partnerships that support both ongoing operations and business expansion.
Qualifications include extensive experience in the luxury goods industry, ideally with retail operations exposure, along with strong understanding of luxury dynamics in Latin America. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Prior leadership experience at the regional level—such as roles comparable to Regional Director, Regional VP, VP Latin America, or Vice-President—is appreciated.
