Pathways is looking for a President & CEO to lead the organization in helping young people in Canada thrive through education. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization's strategy, ensuring financial health, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for a national team of 300. They will work closely with partners, funders, and communities to expand the reach and impact of Pathways programs, while also focusing on donor cultivation, fundraising, and innovation to address the evolving needs of students and resource constraints.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, advocate, and operational leader with a strong commitment to staff development, diversity, and growth. They will have experience in building strong ecosystems of support, managing financial health, and driving measurable impact. The CEO will also need to be skilled in cultivating relationships with stakeholders and pursuing opportunities to enhance performance and sustainability in a changing landscape.
