Our client is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization in advancing performance, implementing strategic direction, and ensuring effective operations of a large publicly funded school system. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO will also serve as the Secretary of the Board, guiding leadership, strengthening community relationships, and fostering a culture of transparency, accessibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will start in October 2026 and will be expected to prioritize relationship-building in their first year, understanding the organization's culture, regional diversity, and operational context.The CEO will need to demonstrate visible leadership, transparent communication, and thoughtful decision-making to build trust across the organization and establish a clear strategic path forward. They will be responsible for advancing organizational performance, implementing strategic direction, and ensuring effective, transparent, and accountable operations of the school system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, community engagement, and organizational management to successfully lead our client as its CEO.
