ABCO is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership across its marine, food processing, industrial, and environmental business lines. The CEO will work closely with the senior leadership team to advance growth objectives, strengthen operational performance, and position the organization to capitalize on emerging opportunities. This includes expanding marine offerings, pursuing larger vessel projects, growing vessel refit capabilities, broadening participation in municipal and wastewater infrastructure markets, cultivating strategic partnerships, and leveraging technology and process improvements.The successful candidate will guide ABCO through its next phase of growth, innovation, and value creation. Reporting to the ownership group, the CEO will be responsible for building on decades of success and leading the organization to new heights. The CEO will play a key role in advancing growth objectives, strengthening operational performance, and positioning ABCO for continued success in the market.
