The Chair of the Executive Board at our client is responsible for providing direction to the board and ensuring the quality and coherence of executive decision-making. Alongside the CFO and COO, they share overall responsibility for the strategy, continuity, and development of the organization. This includes translating strategic direction into organization-wide priorities, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment across various administrative portfolios. The Chair also plays a key role in providing direction for leadership, culture, and collaboration within the organization.In addition to internal responsibilities, the Chair maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing our client nationally and internationally. They also provide direction for international cooperation and stay informed about relevant developments in areas such as copyright, AI, and the future playing field. The Chair is responsible for making tough decisions regarding priorities, capacity, costs, and organizational structure when necessary to ensure the success and sustainability of our client.
