The CEO will report to the Chair of the Board and will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and overseeing all operations of our client. This includes developing and implementing long-term strategies aligned with the organization's purpose and Board direction, as well as ensuring the integrity, optimization, and future development of water delivery systems. The CEO will also be responsible for managing consents, compliance, and engagement with regulatory bodies, iwi, and community stakeholders, as well as leading budgeting, forecasting, and capital project delivery to ensure operational excellence with a focus on continuous improvement.In addition, the CEO will be responsible for building trusted relationships with shareholders, landowners, tangata whenua, government, and industry partners, as well as fostering a collegial, high-performance culture within the organization and developing staff capability. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen and leadership skills, as well as experience in infrastructure and asset management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. The CEO will play a key role in driving our client's success and ensuring its continued growth and sustainability.
