Description
This position requires a strong communicator with clear attention to detail, creativity,
confidence, organizational skills, and the ability to work with, motivate, and engage
colleagues and Members. The individual must have a solid understanding of
stakeholder relations strategies and be comfortable in a collaborative role with a variety
of audiences.
To perform the job successfully, qualified applicants should demonstrate the following
competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:
• Excellent strategic planning skills with clear activation plans necessary to achieve
goals and operational efficiency.
• Broad knowledge of business operations, including non-profits, and the various
challenges and opportunities of operating in a global environment, with 10+
years of team leadership and project management experience.
• Understanding of the business culture and business environment and ability to
interact with C- Suite and other senior executives
• Strong interpersonal/presentation skills as well as the ability to communicate in
writing clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in all social media and traditional communications tools along with
Microsoft Office applications and general knowledge of CRM database software.
• Fluent in English with other foreign language a plus.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and experience with complex budgeting and
revenue diversification beyond traditional sources.
• Proven ability to engage and build consensus among diverse international
stakeholders.
• Strong advocacy, public relations, and communications skills, with experience
representing organizations at the national and international level.
• Experience in innovation and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
• Comfort with remote/hybrid work environments and willingness to travel
domestically and internationally when needed.
• Visionary, strategic thinker with an understanding of the challenges and
opportunities in global real estate.
• High emotional intelligence, mentorship abilities, and a servant-leader approach.
• Empathetic, approachable, and values personal connection with staff.
• Strong advocate for collaborative culture and continuous staff empowerment.
