The CEO will spearhead the client’s US market entry strategy and oversee the development of the operational infrastructure needed to support growth. Responsibilities include establishing and scaling an omnichannel retail presence in the US while maintaining the brand’s positioning in affordable luxury, driving operational excellence across both US and Mexican operations, and deploying growth capital effectively. The CEO will also manage relationships with existing investors and ensure ongoing, strong partnerships with Mexican artisan communities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced luxury goods leader with proven success scaling international brands in the US, bringing strong business acumen and cultural sensitivity. The role is expected to require senior leadership experience, demonstrated ability to manage investor relationships and growth capital deployment, and a strong understanding of the US luxury market and omnichannel retail. Fluent English is required with Spanish preferred, international experience—particularly involving US-Mexico operations—is expected, and travel frequently between the US and Mexico is required; an MBA or equivalent may be preferred.
