The client is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for the Masonic Home for Children at Oxford. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a passion for providing a safe and supportive environment for children to thrive. The CEO will be responsible for setting the overall vision and direction of the organization, working closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the home remains an innovative leader in child and youth care.

Founded in , the Masonic Home for Children at Oxford has a rich history of providing care for children ages 0-18. The organization, founded by the Freemasons of North Carolina, aims to create a stable environment that helps children grow into independent and successful adults. The CEO will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated staff members and overseeing the long-term financial growth of the home. While an appreciation for the Masonic tradition is important, candidates are not required to be Masons. Located in a picturesque small town, the home sits on a historic 200+ acre campus with easy access to the amenities of the Research Triangle Park region.

The new CEO of the Masonic Home for Children at Oxford will lead a culture of strategic compassion, focused on providing innovative models of care for children and their families. They will work closely with the Board of Directors to set a strategic vision for the organization and develop relationships with funders and donors to ensure long-term financial growth. The CEO will also provide direct supervision for the Executive Team and lead a staff of over 60 members.
