The CEO will provide executive leadership to advance major housing initiatives, including the completion of an existing community development and the delivery of an additional rental development slated for completion in the coming years. The role involves guiding innovative project financing and partnership development, including relationships that may support tax credit programs and state-level financing mechanisms. The CEO is also expected to strengthen donor and foundation engagement, including multi-year commitments that support the organization’s impact goals.
The position requires ambition, technical sophistication, political acumen, and personal credibility to convene stakeholders and align partners around shared housing priorities.
