Saban Community Clinic (SCC) is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization in delivering high-quality, affordable medical, dental, and behavioral health services to the community. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all clinics and programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and advancing SCC's mission of health equity and social justice. This individual will play a key role in shaping the organization's future direction and ensuring its continued impact as SCC concludes its current strategic plan.The CEO will serve as SCC's strategic, operational, and cultural leader, representing the organization internally and externally. They will work closely with the Board to translate priorities into actionable initiatives, collaborate with senior leaders to strengthen organizational culture, and expand services to improve outcomes for the communities SCC serves.
