The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) reports to the President of the Board and works closely with the Executive Committee and Board of Directors as the strategic and operational leader of the client. The CEO advances the mission through strategic planning, strengthening organizational performance, expanding community impact, and fostering a positive, collaborative work culture. This role oversees all major organizational functions, including mentoring services, the residential camp and retreat center, college access and scholarship programs, fundraising, finance, and administration, while partnering with staff, donors, and community stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a mission-driven, strategic, and relationship-oriented executive with a proven ability to lead complex nonprofit organizations through growth and innovation.
